October 2021 CRRC Maglev Train Large Autoclave Transport Project

CRRC Sifang Co., Ltd. imported a large autoclave produced by . This equipment is a large core equipment introduced for the construction of a pilot line for composite materials for key components of the National High-speed Train Innovation Center in Qingdao. It is mainly used for the production of high-quality large carbon fiber composite components. After being put into use, it can realize the production of carbon fiber composite components for rail vehicles as a whole vehicle, and can also undertake the production of large composite components in other fields such as aviation, aerospace, wind power, and military industry. While generating great practical value and economic benefits, it can effectively enhance the international competitiveness of China's rail transit vehicles and China's composite materials industry.

The single piece size of the autoclave equipment is 35 meters in length, 6.6 meters in diameter, and weighs 185 tons. It is transported by a hydraulic 15-axle axle vehicle plus a 10-meter link plate. After loading, the transportation size is 45 meters in length, 6.6 meters in width, 7.5 meters in height, and weighs 292 tons. In order to do a good job in this cargo transportation, our company has formed a professional team and selected the best route after several road surveys. During the driving on urban roads, there are many public security facilities, such as traffic lights, monitoring probes, etc., which are about  6 meters high and cannot meet the traffic conditions and need to be temporarily removed. Our company assisted the owner in seeking support from the municipal government, coordinated with the West Coast Management Committee, Qingdao Public Security Bureau, traffic police, power supply and other relevant departments to facilitate traffic, and applied for the public security organs to dispatch warning vehicles to provide traffic guarantees to ensure transportation safety. Taking advantage of the transportation during the National Day holiday in 2021 , multiple car cranes and wire pickers accompanied the whole process, overcame many difficulties, and successfully and safely completed the transportation task, which was unanimously praised and recognized by all parties.
